3.Body structure:
(1). Bending forming mechanism
Mainly responsible for the forming of stirrups. Bend the delivered steel bars into the shape we set.
(2).Quick shearing mechanism
Mainly responsible for the shearing action after the steel bars are formed. It is composed of motor and pneumatic brake clutch. The cutting action is completed instantly after receiving the cutting signal. The action is convenient and quick.
(3). Vertical straightening mechanism
The main purpose is to adjust the vertical straightness of the steel bars. The roller straightening method is used. Just adjust the depth of each set of rollers to easily straighten the vertical direction of the steel bars.
(4). Automatic feeding mechanism
Mainly responsible for the wire feeding action of steel bars during the bending process. The servo motor drives two sets of rollers to complete the wire feeding action. The movements are accurate and quick.
(5). Horizontal straightening mechanism
The main purpose is to adjust the horizontal straightness of the steel bars. This mechanism is equipped with an automatic feeding device. The cylinder presses the roller forward and backward. The active roller is driven by a motor, and the action of the motor drives the steel bar to be fed.
